Collected in 2009 this yew has been established in a very good open soil mix, Acadama, Alpine Grit and bio-sorb, all mountain soil has been removed, the tree has a compact root system and can be planted in a much smaller pot. Buyer should keep the tree for one growing season prior to working the tree. This yamadori will make a very good compact tree, excellent deadwood and strong live vein.
